Policy Statement

Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all employees, applicants, contractors, vendors, and visitors to the company. It covers conduct that occurs:

  • At the workplace.
  • During work-related activities or events, whether on or off company premises.
  • On company-provided transportation.

Reporting Harassment

Employees who believe they have experienced or witnessed harassment are encouraged to report the incident promptly. Reports can be made to:

2eleven will conduct a prompt and impartial investigation of all harassment complaints. The investigation may include interviews with the complainant, the alleged harasser, and any witnesses. Upon completion of the investigation, appropriate action will be taken based on the findings. Actions may include disciplinary measures up to and including termination of employment.

No Retaliation

2eleven strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports harassment or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is a serious violation of this policy and will be subject to disciplinary action.
